   CEO

   Yukiharu Matsuo

   After graduating from Yokohama City University, he joined D-NUO SYSTEM Inc. which operates "Japanese President tv". As Director and General Manager of the Operation Division, he has been involved in a wide range of projects including product, creative, marketing, etc. He led the development of 5,000 new companies in 2 years. Afterwards, in 2014 he established this company.

   CFO

   Takako Yada

   Following a career in corporate planning at major firms (software, staffing, and OA), Takako Yada became an independent consultant in 2014, supporting management across various industries. She served as Senior Executive Officer at No.1 Co., Ltd. (TSE Standard: 3562) and CFO at Birdman Inc. (TSE Growth: 7063) before being appointed Director & CFO of the Company in September 2024. A graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Business and Commerce.

   Koichi Matsuomoto

   In 2003, he joined AGS Consulting Co., Ltd. as an accounting consultant. Afterwards, in 2006 he joined Shinko Securities Co., Ltd. (now Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.). In 2012, he joined Plus Alpha Consulting Co., Ltd. as CFO, overseeing the administrative division. After working at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. in 2014, he launched Ambigram Inc. in 2017 and assumed the position of CEO.

   Satoru Hashimotto

   Founding member of our company. CEO of Ernie Inc. providing network support to more than 70 engineers worldwide. Experienced in various business development from technology side, including CTO of D-NUO SYSTEM Inc., CTO of bellFace Inc., etc.

   Yuki Fuse

   Yuki Fuse is a highly decorated creative professional, having won numerous domestic and international awards, including the Grand Prix at Cannes Lions (2017) and Spikes Asia (2014). After leading corporate branding and marketing for the family robot "LOVOT" at GROOVE X, he joined Birdman Inc. as CCO, where he drove the company to achieve its record-high revenue. Following a period as a freelancer, he was appointed as Director and CBO of Owl in October 2024.

   Yoshiaki Takeda

   Yoshiaki Takeda joined Asahi & Co. (currently KPMG AZSA LLC) in 1997. From 2001, he was engaged in international operations at the firm’s Detroit office in Michigan, USA. Since returning to the Tokyo office in 2003, he has cultivated deep expertise through extensive auditing practice for both domestic and global clients. As a Certified Public Accountant (Japan) and U.S. CPA (Maine), he leverages his global perspective and professional insight to contribute to management oversight and the strengthening of corporate governance.

   Fumiya Imai

   A graduate of Nagoya University, Fumiya Imai began his career at Amazon Japan G.K. In 2020, he founded Mobius Co., Ltd., serving as CEO to lead regional revitalization and e-commerce development for the hospitality industry. He later joined GROOVE Co., Ltd. as Director and CBO, overseeing management strategy, branding, and recruitment. In 2023, he joined RICHKA Inc., where he drove AI integration and product strategy before being appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO) in April 2025.

   COO

   Junichi Takamura

   After achieving a domestic market share of over 27% for domain services at GMO Pepabo, Inc., Junichi joined CAMPFIRE, Inc. as a Board Director, where he scaled the organization to 150 members. He led both business and organizational growth, including the development of Japan’s first crowdfunding insurance. Subsequently, he served as Director, COO, and Statutory Auditor for several companies, engaging in business development, M&A, and startup investment. He was appointed as COO of the company in January 2026.
